Detailed Description
- The Toulouse-based St Exupery clinic specializes in nephrology.
As part of the CPA, I participated in a working group made up of leaders to assist the CEO of the clinic in the definition of its medium and long term strategy taking into consideration all the endogenous and exogenous factors. The recommendations were generally followed by the executive board. The clinic is developing satisfactorily. - AID Services SAS is an industrial cleaning company based in Toulouse whose vocation is the integration of people in difficulty.
I carried out a complete strategic audit of the company and its holding. Following a diagnosis, I proposed a 3-years business plan integrating the will of the shareholders, the strengths and weaknesses of the company, the market and its opportunities, the potential for diversification and differentiation according to several scenarios. The company relied on my report to enrich its own strategy and succeeded in diversifying into the second building work business.
